Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
How long will it take to clean my home?
Service times vary but it generally takes between one to three hours for smaller homes and two to four hours for larger homes. No worries though, we charge a flat rate, so there is no additional charge even if it takes longer!
Will I always get the same crew?
If it’s your preference, we most certainly will try to accommodate you but there are no guarantees.
How many maids do you send?
We send the sufficient number of staff to complete the job approximately in half a day. If it’s a standard service for 2-bedroom apartment, one or two maids maybe sufficient. If it’s a 5,000 square foot mansion requiring a move-in service, we may send up to 4 cleaners.
Do we have to be home for a cleaning?
No, Just leave a key for us and let us know how to access your place. We will clean and lock the door after completion.
How do I adjust or cancel my booking?
It is simple to adjust or cancel your booking, you can either login to your account or please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of your request. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Do I need to enter my credit card information to schedule a cleaning?
Yes. We need to take payment information to book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until after your cleaning has been successfully completed.

How do I create a Maid Patrol Account?
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account here.
How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
How do I change my credit card?
Log into your account at https://maidpatrol.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
How do I change my address?
You can log into your account here and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, give us a call and we will update your address for you.

Do you have insurance?
Oh yes! Our comprehensive insurance coverage delivers total peace of mind. We have made sure that trusting us with your home is as risk free as possible. Accidents do occasionally happen but if they do we will ensure that everything is resolved as quickly as possible.
What is your refund policy?
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you are not just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a cleaner back to put it right for free. It’s as simple as that. We don’t pay our cleaners until after this time period, so there is no risk when you book with Maid Patrol.
Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
Yes. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
All Maid Patrol technicians are truly first class. All cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.
I purchased a voucher and would like to redeem it, what should I do?
In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.
Why are vouchers for first time customer only?
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.
Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?
Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you hav.
